Chertkovsky District is an administrative and municipal district, one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,766 square kilometers. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Chertkovo. Population: 36,680; 39,974; 40,355.
