Macherio is a comune in the Province of Monza and Brianza in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 kilometres northeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,751 and an area of 3.2 square kilometres.
The municipality of Macherio contains the frazioni Bareggia, Pedresse, and Belvedere.
