The Kanwar Yātrā is an annual pilgrimage of devotees of Shiva, known as Kānvarias or "Bhole", to Hindu pilgrimage places of Haridwar, Gaumukh and Gangotri and Ajgaibinath Temple in Sultanganj, Bhagalpur in order to fetch holy waters of Ganges River.
