Delhi High Court Stays ₹340 Crore Damages Order Against Amazon in BHPC Trademark Case

Justices Hari Shankar and Ajay Digpaul paused enforcement of the ₹340 crore award pending the October 19 appeal after rejecting a pre-deposit requirement
