Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Eurasian Affairs
Li Hui is a Chinese diplomat who serves as the Chinese Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs since August 2019. He previously served as the Chinese Ambassador to Russia and Kazakhstan, and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.
