Vortioxetine, sold under the brand name Trintellix and Brintellix among others, is an antidepressant of the serotonin modulator and stimulator class. Its effectiveness is viewed as similar to that of other antidepressants. It is taken orally.
Common side effects include nausea, dry mouth, diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, and sexual dysfunction.
