Ubenimex, also known more commonly as bestatin, is a competitive, reversible protease inhibitor. It is an inhibitor of arginyl aminopeptidase, leukotriene A₄ hydrolase, alanyl aminopeptidase, leucyl/cystinyl aminopeptidase, and membrane dipeptidase.
