Alona Tal is an Israeli actress and singer. She is known for her roles in Veronica Mars as cheerleader Meg Manning, in Supernatural as budding monster hunter Jo Harvelle, as Sonya Lebedenko in the final season of Burn Notice, in SEAL Team as grad student Stella Baxter and as Kayla Craig in the Amazon Studios miniseries Cross.
