It is owned by Nexstar Media Group alongside MyNetworkTV affiliate KARZ-TV; Nexstar also provides certain services to Fox affiliate KLRT-TV and de facto CW owned-and-operated station KASN under a local marketing agreement with Mission Broadcasting.
