Putyvl′ (Ukrainian: Пути́вль, IPA: [pʊˈtɪu̯lʲ] (listen)) or Putivl′ (Russian: Пути́вль, IPA: [pʊˈtʲivlʲ]) is a city in north-east Ukraine, in Sumy Oblast.
