Kozhikode International Airport, also known as Calicut International Airport, is an international airport serving the city of Kozhikode in the state of Kerala, India. It is situated 28 km away from Kozhikode. The airport opened on 13 April 1988, serves as an operating base for Air India Express. It is tied with Hyderabad in terms of international traffic.
