Peruru is a village located in Amalapuram Mandal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The village is located 61 km (38 mi) from the district headquarters Kakinada, 5 km (3.1 mi) from Amalapuram and 447 km (278 mi) from Hyderabad. The local language is Telugu.
