Paul Chan Mo-po GBM GBS MH JP is the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong and former Secretary for Development of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
He is an accountant and the former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
