Woman Found Dead in 1988 Dumpster Identified as South Korean National Using Advanced DNA Technology

South Korean immigrant Chong Un Kim, 26, who was living in Georgia, was identified by a Texas-based company, Othram, in collaboration with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), using advanced DNA technologies and a genealogical search; her cause of death reported as asphyxiation and the investigation into her murder is ongoing.
