Justin Scott Hartley is an American actor, television producer, and director. He has played Fox Crane on the NBC daytime soap opera Passions, Oliver Queen on the WB/CW television series Smallville, and Adam Newman on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless which earned him a Daytime Emmy nomination.
