The Kammergericht is the Oberlandesgericht, the highest state court, for the city-state of Berlin, Germany. As an ordinary court according to the German Courts Constitution Act, it deals with criminal and civil cases, superior to the local Amtsgerichte and the Landgericht Berlin.
