James Whitinui Joseph is a former New Zealand rugby union player and current head coach of the Highlanders. A flanker, Joseph represented Otago at a provincial level, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, from 1992 to 1995, before representing Japan in 1999. From Wikipedia
