Hero No.1 is a 1997 Bollywood dramedy film directed by David Dhawan. It stars Govinda and Karishma Kapoor in lead roles. Most of the film's story is inspired by Tapan Sinha's Bengali film Galpo Holeo Satti, which was previously remade in Hindi as Bawarchi by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. From Wikipedia
