Michael Ray Turner is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative from Ohio's 10th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Republican Party, he was previously the mayor of Dayton, Ohio. From 2014 to 2016, Turner was also president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. From Wikipedia
