Theodore Martin McGinley is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Jefferson D'Arcy on the television sitcom Married... with Children, Charley Shanowski on the ABC sitcom Hope & Faith, and as Derek on the Apple TV+ comedy drama series Shrinking.
