Daniel Kenyatta Davis is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Illinois's 7th congressional district since 1997. The district includes much of western Chicago, as well as the Loop. It also encompasses several of Chicago's inner western suburbs, such as Bellwood, Oak Park, and River Forest. From Wikipedia
