Paul Peter Murphy, Baron Murphy of Torfaen, KCMCO, KSG, PC is a British Labour Party politician who was the Member of Parliament for Torfaen from 1987 to 2015, and served in the Cabinet from 1999 to 2005 and again from 2008 to 2009 in the roles of Northern Irish and Welsh Secretary.
