Uckermark is a Kreis (district) in the northeastern part of Brandenburg, Germany. Neighbouring districts are Barnim and Oberhavel, the districts Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Vorpommern-Greifswald in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and to the east Poland.
