Dustin Ray Burrows is an attorney and businessman in Lubbock, Texas, who is serving as the Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives since 2025. A member of the Republican Party, representing District 83 of the Texas House of Representatives. He has represented the 83rd district since January 2015.
