M.J.R.L. "Marcel" de Graaff is a Dutch politician. He was a member of the Senate of the Netherlands for the Party for Freedom from 2011 to 2014. He served as a Member of the European Parliament for the Netherlands in the periods 2014–2019 and 2020–2024.
