Blake Michael Treinen is an American professional baseball relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball. He has previously played in MLB for the Washington Nationals and Oakland Athletics.
Treinen played college baseball for the Baker Wildcats and South Dakota State Jackrabbits. The Athletics selected him in the seventh round of the 2011 MLB draft. He was traded to the Nationals in 2013 and made his major league debut in 2014. After losing his closer role, the Nationals traded him back to Oakland in 2017, and Treinen was an All-Star in 2018.
