Viktor Petrovich Vodolatsky (Russian: Виктор Петрович Водолацкий; born on 19 August 1957), is a Russian politician who currently a member of parliament, a Deputy of the State Duma of the V, VI, VII convocations. He is a member of the United Russia faction, a First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, and a Chairman of the Supreme Council of SKVRiZ. Vodalatsky is also a member of the Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations, a member of the Presidential Council for Cossack Affairs. As a cossack general, he was a former chieftain of the Vsevelikoe Don Host Cossack society from 1999 to 2013. From Wikipedia
