Juliana de Souza Pereira Marins was a Brazilian publicist and solo traveller who was making a journey across Southeast Asia. Living in Niterói, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Marins was on an extended backpacking trip through countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia when she went missing on 21 June 2025 during a hike on Mount Rinjani, a volcano on the island of Lombok, Indonesia.
