Abdul Rahim Rather (born 1944) is an Indian politician from Jammu and Kashmir. He is currently serving as the speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
The PDP chief accused Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather of undermining members' rights by discouraging public discussion of legislative business ahead of the Budget session.
