The Bengals–Chiefs rivalry is a National Football League rivalry between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs. The teams, who are members of the AFC, met in the AFC Championship Game two years in a row during the 2021–2022 and 2022–2023 playoffs.
