The Blue Trail is a 2025 science fiction, fantasy film directed by Gabriel Mascaro. The film follows the 77-year-old but quite healthy and young-at-heart Tereza, who, when she is forced to retire from her job and placed under the guardianship of her daughter, nonetheless defies the requirement of a "benevolent" government that she relocate to a senior citizen colony and instead embarks on an odyssey through the rivers and tributaries of the Amazon that changes her destiny forever.
