Germany Nominates Heiko Thoms As Ambassador to Ukraine in Diplomatic Reshuffle

A cabinet vote on July 2 will consider Thoms’s promotion to ambassador in Kyiv with other senior diplomats shifting to posts in Rome, Baghdad and Jakarta.
