Wailadmiki Shylla is a member of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly from Jowai constituency. He won the election in 2018, defeating UDP candidate Moonlight Pariat. Shylla is the brother-in-law of the Meghalaya minister Sniawbhalang Dhar. From Wikipedia
