Trevor Robert Milton is an American entrepreneur who was the founder and former executive chairman and CEO of Nikola Corporation. In 2020, Milton resigned as executive chairman of Nikola following regulatory inquiries. In 2022, he was found guilty of securities and wire fraud. He was sentenced to four years in prison, a US$1 million fine and $168 million in restitution. He remained free on bail while appealing his sentence. From Wikipedia
