Fernando Guerrero Ramírez is a former Mexican professional football referee. He has been a full international for FIFA since 2014. He refereed matches in the FIFA U-20 World Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He's widely known in Mexico for his nickname, 'Cantante' for his outside hobby. From Wikipedia
