Alexander Georg Nicolas Schallenberg is an Austrian diplomat, jurist, and politician who has been the acting chancellor of Austria since 10 January 2025. He previously served as the 28th chancellor for two months in 2021.
Schallenberg served as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2021 and from 2019 to 2021.
