Admiral Radhakrishnan Hari Kumar PVSM, AVSM, VSM, ADC is retired flag officer in the Indian Navy. He served as 25th Chief of the Naval Staff. Previously, he served as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Naval Command.
