Sir Iain Thomas Livingstone, QPM is a Scottish retired police officer who served as Chief Constable of Police Scotland. He is currently leading Kenova, a series of historical investigations and reviews in relation to murders and other criminal activity which took place during The Troubles in Northern Ireland.
