Pavel Yevgenyevich Prigozhin is the son of the prominent Russian oligarch and mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin. According to ISW and other reports, he became the leader of the Wagner Group in early October 2023, a month and a half after his father died in a plane crash.
