Rhyne Howard is an American professional basketball player for the Atlanta Dream of the Women's National Basketball Association and for Vinyl BC of Unrivaled. She played college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats. She graduated from Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 2018. She was drafted first overall by the Dream in the 2022 WNBA draft.
