Paul Sterling DeJong is an American professional baseball shortstop and third baseman for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball. He has previously played in MLB for the St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays, San Francisco Giants, Chicago White Sox, and Kansas City Royals.
A native of Orlando, Florida, DeJong played college baseball at Illinois State University. He was selected by the Cardinals in the fourth round of the 2015 MLB draft.
