The Bellarmine Knights men's basketball team represents Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. The Knights now compete in the Atlantic Sun Conference at the NCAA Division I level, after being a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference from the conference's founding in 1972 through the 2019–20 season.
