The Securities and Commodities Authority is a federal financial regulatory agency in the United Arab Emirates. It was established based on Federal Decree No. of 2000 by then-president of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and its amendments issued in Federal Law 25 of 2006, amending the former law.
