Hilary Dawn Cass, Baroness Cass, OBE, FRCP, FRCPCH, is a British paediatrician. She was the chair of the British Academy of Childhood Disability, established the Rett Clinic for children with Rett syndrome, and has worked to develop palliative care for children.
