Richard Ferrand is a French politician of La République En Marche! who has served as President of the Constitutional Council since 8 March 2025. He previously served as President of the National Assembly from 2018 to 2022. He had served as a member of the National Assembly for Finistère's 6th constituency from 2012 to 2022.
