- Players in countries without PlayStation Network access can now purchase and play these titles on PC.
- The reversal follows last year’s uproar and review-bombing over Helldivers 2’s PSN sign-in requirement and its delisting from 177 regions.
- In January, Sony made PSN accounts optional for Spider-Man 2, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, God of War Ragnarök and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered.
- PlayStation Studios boss Hermen Hulst said the company is taking a deliberate, measured approach to bringing its franchises to other platforms.
