Pokemon Go Introduces Gold Bottle Cap for Hyper Training

This limited-time item lets players fine-tune a single stat on a Great Buddy Pokémon through Hyper Training.

Overview

  • The Gold Bottle Cap will be available exclusively from June 23 at 10 a.m. to June 29 at 6 p.m. local time for $19.99.
  • It is included in the Go Pass Deluxe: Ancients Recovered, which also grants avatar items themed after Zacian and Zamazenta, plus an Incubator, Lucky Egg, Incense and Lure Modules.
  • Trainers must redeem the cap by July 6 at 11:59 p.m. local time and complete associated Hyper Training tasks within 365 days of redemption.
  • Eligible Pokémon must have achieved Great Buddy status before applying the item and each cap applies just one stat boost per Pokémon.
  • Hyper Training tasks differ by the chosen stat, requiring battles to boost attack, bonding and catches to raise defense and exploration activities to increase HP.
